charming riverside stay
cute staff beautiful location soft sheets
the staff was cute, and the location by the river is beautiful! the breakfast basket delivered to the door was such a nice touch. i especially liked the soft sheets on the bed.
the bin in the bathroom was wire mesh with no bag, so items fell through.

The team was friendly and helpful. i got assistance immediately with any questions i had, and everything felt very personalized. It was AMAZING!!!

a nice riverside stay
spacious room amazing shower beautiful views
i enjoyed the spacious room a lot with its amazing shower and separate tub. the views facing the river tay were beautiful. the staff was friendly, and the evening meal i had was excellent.
i noticed a very slight lack of variety with the hamper breakfasts.

underwhelming stay
sparse equipment lack of staff
the riverside gardens provided a beautiful location, especially when the weather was nice.
I found a distinct lack of staff upon arrival. Nobody was at reception. i had to look for someone to get our keys. the apartment felt sparsely equipped. there were not enough plates for all guests.

comfortable bed bathroom size excellent dinner
The king room had ample space and a very comfortable bed. the shower and bathroom size was also great. The bathroom even had underfloor heating. i enjoyed the excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant.
the bedroom was a little small.
